It has been a week and nothing has came up, the office hired someone else. You rent on your apartment is due you do not have enough money to pay this months rent. Would you like to [[move back in with your parents]] or [[take a risk and dont pay it]]

You started a new job at the Doctors office. Congrats! You are making great 21 dollars an hour. You need a place to live would you like to rent an [[house]] or [[buy a house]]

This would make you pack up and leave but this other office pays 5 dollars more than what you are making now with hours are from 8:30-3:30 which would mean you would still get to be with your child at night. The company you work for now also will pay for your first 3 months rent in a town home. It is also closer to your parents which would save on a babysitter when needed. if you dont take this new job you will have to find another job. You found a house for a cheap price but it is a fixer upper. The house you bought is 3 bed 2 bath house in a private area. You got this house for 15k unfinished the down payment on the house was cheap and you love a good task. Electric needs finished upstairs, kitchen also needs finished and some of the appliances are outdated. Other than that this house is a steal. (this may involve some basic math) You and your boyfriend will be living in this house. You both decide to start with getting an electrician to work on the upstairs. You removed the carpet and replaced it with tile. You need a new fridge while you were at home depo you found one for 1,598 dollars this fridge was door pull open doors and a frezzer underneath with ice and water dispenser build in. Or there is one at Lowes for 600 dollars that is your plain jane fridge and freezer one door side is a fridge and the other is a freezer. [[home depo]] [[lowes]]
